We Build in Public

Pathways to Services Development is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in California. The organization is in an active build phase with governance, bylaws, and board oversight in place.

Accountability is built into how this work is being developed. The same expectations placed on participants are applied internally across operations and decision making.

We are documenting this process openly so funders, property owners, and community stakeholders can evaluate the structure as it is being built. The focus is on discipline, clarity, and a model that can hold long term.

Formal board governance is in place. Operating policies have been developed with a focus on eliminating service fragmentation. As the organization develops, build-phase financial disclosures will be shared directly with stakeholders, reflecting our commitment to the outcome-based model we are pioneering.
