CFO & Treasurer, Board Member
Simbarashe directs fiscal strategy and transparency. He is responsible for building the financial framework that will support the pilot program's launch and eventual scaling, ensuring every donated dollar is managed with extreme responsibility.

Shibu Kizhakevilayil guides governance and strategic growth at Pathways to Services Development, bringing experience in technology and organizational leadership. He supports the organization in building clear structures, strengthening decision making, and ensuring that growth is intentional, disciplined, and aligned with long term sustainability.
Pathways to Services Development operates under formal bylaws with full board oversight. Our advisory board is currently expanding as we progress through the build phase.
