This month, we reached an important milestone: the foundation of our Executive Board has been laid.

• Finance & Organizational Planning: Ensuring Pathways operates with transparency, strong fiscal management, and sustainability.

• Community Engagement & Partnerships: Building bridges with local organizations, leaders, and networks to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

• Youth & Family Services: Bringing direct experience in mentoring, trauma-informed care, and program design for vulnerable populations.

• Nonprofit Governance & Leadership: Guiding us in best practices for compliance, strategy, and long-term growth as a 501(c)(3).

• Real Estate & Development: Helping us envision and secure physical spaces where Empowerment Centers and supportive housing can take root.
