Pathways to Services Development Is Now a 501(c)(3) Public Charity

Pathways to Services Development has received full approval as a 501(c)(3) public charity. This designation confirms compliance with federal standards for public benefit, financial accountability, and nonprofit governance. It also establishes tax deductibility for all contributions.This milestone strengthens the mission to support individuals who have already begun their recovery journey. Many people in Alameda County move through shelters and temporary programs without long term stability. Pathways is preparing a pilot program designed to fill this gap through structure, peer mentorship, trauma awareness, and leadership development.
